💱How to Swap

The dXCAD DEX currently runs on the BNB Chain and opBNB Blockchains.

This means users need BNB tokens to Trade & Stake on the dXCAD DEX. There are currently a few ways to get tokens on the BNB network which can be seen below.

It is necessary to have a wallet that supports these networks. For the dXCAD DEX, we currently recommend the Metamask wallet, which can be downloaded here with links to Desktop, IOS and Android.

Once you have tokens in your wallet, it is simple to Swap/Trade tokens on the dXCAD DEX.

In the box at the top, you must choose the token you already have in your wallet, this is the token that you want to swap into another token. Choose the token of your choice and input the amount in the box to swap. As you see above, there is “0.003 BNB”.

In the box underneath you must choose the token you would like to receive, as you can see in the example, I have chosen XCAD as the token I would like to receive. The DEX will automatically calculate the amount of XCAD you will receive in our swap.

By clicking the Gear icon, it is possible to change the transaction settings to accommodate your preferences. Otherwise, they will stay with the default recommended parameters.

Once you are happy with the amount you are swapping, you must hit the “Approve” button and confirm the transaction in your wallet. Keep in mind, that you only have to approve each token once. After you have approved the swap, you will never need to do this step again for this token.

After the transaction succeeds, your “Approve” button will change into a “Swap” button. You must once again hit this button and confirm the transaction in your wallet. Unlike the previous step, this step is needed when you want to trade these tokens.

After the transaction is confirmed, you will get the new swapped tokens in your wallet!
